I'm wondering if switching my hair oil and shampoo often could cause any negative effects on my hair or scalp. If there might be issues, what would you suggest I do to prevent or manage them?

I'm noticing these small clear bumps on my fingers and theyre a bit concerning. I started popping them and some clear liquid comes out, but they just fill back up again. I'm really worried because I got these cortisone injections on my face, even though it wasn't for cystic acne. The dermatologist injected on some pimples and some other areas, and now Im starting to notice some discoloration and mild atrophy. I'm really concerned it might get worse. I usually use a toner with lactic acid and citric acidis it okay to keep using it, or should I avoid certain products? Will my skin eventually get better? It just feels like my condition wasn't treated properly, and I'm anxious about what's happening.
