I'm worried about my 2.5-year-old son who weighs 12 kg. Hes had a fever since Monday, and we've been giving him crocin as the doctor advised. But today, even after taking crocin, his fever hasnt gone down and is still above 100. Would it be okay to give him meftal in between doses?
