I've been feeling this pain on the left side of my rib, kind of towards the end of one rib. It's been there for a few weeks now. It doesn't bother me when I'm breathing, but I notice it more when I touch it or if I'm moving around a lot at work. Should I be worried about this? What could it be?

I'm really confused and worried about what's happening with me. Not too long ago, I had typhoid and after the 10-day treatment, the tests said I'm clear. But soon after getting back to my routine, I started driving for a long time, like 9 hours, and then a couple of days later, my hands and feet felt cold again, which was the initial symptom of my typhoid. Now, even though the typhoid seems to be gone, I'm experiencing this overwhelming weakness in my body and I can't seem to stand on my legs properly. What could be causing this?

I'm feeling really worried because I've got a fever of 101 and there's a rash too. Could these symptoms mean it's a viral fever? If it is, how is the treatment different from other types of fever? Ive got some medicine names but could you tell me what I should be taking? If you can, Id appreciate it if you explain in Hindi since I might not get all the medical terms.
