I'm kind of worried because I've had nosebleeds a couple of times now. The first time it happened was back in February, and then it happened again just this May, lasting about 5 minutes and around 34 drops. I'm really struggling with my stomach issuesgas, acidity, and constipation. I've visited numerous doctors, but nothing seems to work. All my tests like endoscopy and sonography come back normal, yet I never feel right. I maintain a simple diet and regularly do exercises like jogging, yoga, and pranayam. Despite this, the acidity rises to the upper side of my stomach, making it hard to breathe, and it keeps me up at night. It seriously makes me feel so hopeless sometimes. Can you please advise on what I should do? I dont have a lot of money to see more doctors, so Im desperate for help here.
