I've been dealing with acid reflux for over a year and a half now, taking pantoprazole regularly but still struggling. I heard LINX surgery might be the best solution for this can you tell me more about it and whether it would be right for me? What are the pros and cons compared to staying on medication long-term?

I'm really struggling hereI've had diarrhea for the last 3 months and my doctor said it might be IBS. I'm currently taking ibset, but before this, I tried colospa x and eldicet.
