I'm having some pressure on my forehead and I'm really struggling to concentrate. There's also this tight feeling around my eyes. Do you have any suggestions or ideas on what could be causing this?

I hit my right temple about a day ago and it's still really hurting. It's tender to the touch and I've had a headache for around 20 hours. She's been getting painkiller injections every 6-8 months for the last 3 years but they're not helping anymore. The doctor prescribed Pregabid 50mg twice daily, Dupact 40mg once daily, and Mecobal 1500mg once daily. Will these meds actually help improve her condition or is surgery the better option at her age? Her MRI report shows the severity - just worried if meds can provide real relief or if we should consider surgery
