Question

I've been dealing with this issue for almost 10 months now. I've tried several over-the-counter antifungal creams, and they seem to cure the problem temporarily, but the infection comes back after a few weeks. I've also taken oral antifungal medication. What could be causing this recurring problem, and what should I do next to finally get rid of it?

What can I do to fix this? I'm really looking for some advice on how to lighten these areas and get rid of the dark spots.
