I've been dealing with these dark marks on my forehead and nose after I couldn't resist pinching some pimples. It's really frustrating and I'm worried about how to get rid of them. What should I do to help fade these black spots?

I keep having frequent recurrences of genital herpes and it's really stressing me out. Can you help me understand what's going on and how I can manage or cure this infection?
