I've been dealing with a wax burn on my face, and my doctor prescribed Momatef cream for the ripped skin. I've heard about Silverex Ionic, and I'm wondering if it would work the same way as the cream I got. Can they both be used for something like this, or do they serve different purposes?

I'm struggling with acne and dark spots on my face. Over the years, I've tried many medicines, but they only seem to help as long as I'm taking them. Once I finish the course, after a month or so, the same issues pop back up. Back in 2012, my doctor prescribed some medicines, and then again in 2013, I was recommended Zeethrom 500 mg, Saslic face wash, Resoten 20 mg, and Calene gel. By 2014, the prescription included Resoten 20 mg and Nioclean gel. I've been using these treatments for about three years, but I stopped taking any medicine over the past two years.
