Question

I've been diagnosed with a B12 deficiency a few times now, and I'm taking supplements for it. Is there any chance that homeopathy could help treat this deficiency too?

I'm really concerned about some of my blood test results that came back high. The RDW-SD is 51.1 fL and the RDW-CV is 14.7. Also, the PDW is 20.16 fL, which is way above the reference range. Even the MPV is quite high at 14.4 fL. I know my platelet count is 152 and the total RBC is 4.8, both of which are normal. But I'm really worried because I've heard high counts can sometimes indicate something serious, like cancer. Can you please help explain what all this might mean?

I'm curious about what the normal body temperature is. I've been feeling okay, but sometimes my body temp goes slightly above 37C. I've taken the RT-PCR test twice and they both came back negative. My D-dimer and CRP levels were also normal. I also took a dengue test which was negative, but my platelet count was low at 117,000. Could this low platelet count be causing a fever?

I'm really concerned about my cousin. He had typhoid last year, and ever since, his platelet count has been dropping randomly, sometimes getting as low as 60k. It's weird because he doesn't have a fever or feel any other symptoms. We're all pretty worried about what's causing this fluctuation in his platelets.
