Question
I've been diagnosed with disc bulging and dessication at L4L5 and L5S1 with central protrusion and annular tear causing canal and foraminal narrowing. The report says it's impinging on nerve roots, especially at L4L5, with canal dimensions around 9.9 mm and 10.8 mm. Surgery isn't an option for us right now, but I'm worried about managing the pain and symptoms, especially since we'll be traveling soon. What can we do to ease discomfort or prevent further issues while we're away? Any specific precautions we should take during the trip?
