Question

I've been experiencing severe hair loss lately and it's really worrying me. I did all sorts of blood tests and found out I have a vitamin D deficiency. My doctor suggested taking D Rise 60k, but I'm wondering if that's the only thing causing my hair loss. Should I consider seeing a homeopathic or Ayurvedic specialist for this? What else could be causing such drastic hair loss?
