Question

I've been getting B12 injections and I've already taken a couple in my buttocks, but they're just too painful. Can I switch to getting the rest in my arm instead, or is it better to stick with the buttocks? If sticking with the buttocks is the way to go, do you have any tips on how to make it hurt less?

So, I got scratched by a stray cat but I'm pretty sure it hasn't been vaccinated. I'm not really certain if it used its teeth on my skin or just scratched with its nails, or maybe both? But there's nothing to see reallyno marks, no wounds, no bleeding, and it doesn't hurt or burn at all. Do you think I should get a tetanus shot? I'm looking over my recent body checkup results and I'm a bit concerned. Could you help me understand what these numbers mean? For instance, my uric acid seems on the higher side at 7.2 mgdl. Also, I'm a 33-year-old male and I'm not sure if my SGOT and SGPT levels, which are at 96 and 161 Ul respectively, are too high. My blood glucose fasting is 118.0 mgdlshould I be worried about this? And my cholesterol-HDL ratio is at 5.93, is that within a healthy range? I'm also curious about the Absolute Lymphocyte Count, which shows as 52. Are there any concerning values here that I should pay extra attention to? Would really appreciate some advice on these results.

I've been experiencing this sharp pain on my right side just below my rib cage. It feels like a pinching sensation, especially when I take a deep breath. A couple of days ago, the same area was really itchy, but it felt like it was deep in my lungs. I can't figure out what's going on because I don't have any other symptoms like fever or body pain. I did have a cough and cold a few days ago though. Could this be something serious? What might be causing this?
