Question

I've been having some pain in my left arm and jaw, along with a toothache and feeling weak, but there's no chest pain. Could these be signs of a heart attack? I'm kind of worried and would like to understand what this might mean.

I've been feeling quite a bit of discomfort on the left side of my chest, and it's really worrying me. Sometimes the pain spreads to my arm or even up towards my jaw. It's quite unsettling. What could this mean, and should I be concerned enough to seek medical attention?

I'm a bit concerned about my heart rate. It's usually around 96, but it goes up to 120 when I walk. I don't have any other symptoms and I've had a thyroid test, ECG, and echo done, all of which came back normal. The only thing on the ECG was sinus tachycardia. I did have mild Covid last April. Should I be worried about this, or will my heart rate settle down on its own over time?

What should I make of my recent ECG results that mention a sinus rhythm and the RS transition zone in 5 leads displaced to the right, but everything else seems normal? A couple of months ago, the ECG said LVH and possible lateral infarct and called it abnormal, even though it also noted a normal sinus rhythm. Back then, my blood pressure was 150100 with a pulse of 95, while now it's down to 13080 and my pulse is 81. Does this suggest an improvement in my heart condition?
