I've been having trouble breathing, my chest feels tight, and I'm wheezing a lot, and it's been going on for about a week now. What should I do?

I'm feeling a bit uneasy again and have a bit of kapham. I was on Azithromycin for four days about two weeks ago, but now I'm taking this Resprilguaiphenesinambroxoltibul syrup, 5ml in the morning and at night, along with cetrizen at night, but it doesn't seem to be working. I'm wondering if I can go back to using Azithromycin, and add montelucast along with Levocetirizine? I'm not sure if that's a good mix or if it'll help. Can you advise?

My aunt's been dealing with this persistent cough for such a long time, and it just seems to be getting worse. We've tried all sorts of treatments, both allopathy and homeopathy, but nothing's really helping. It's pretty concerning. What should we do? Is there a specific treatment approach we should consider to actually get to the root of this problem?

I've had this persistent cough for about two weeks now and I've been trying different cough syrups. I started with Benadryl, but it didn't really seem to help. Then, my doctor suggested I try BroZedex, which gave me some relief, but it wasn't perfect. I also used Gokof by Fizikem, which made it a bit better, but the cough is still hanging on. What else can I try to get rid of this cough?
