I'm really concerned about this bruise on my face. A week ago, I fell and hit my cheekbone pretty hard. At first, it was just bruised there, but now the bruising has spread all around my eye, and my eyelids and part of my cheek are this purple-green color. The swelling has gone down quite a bit, but there's still some, and I have this lump on my cheekbone that just won't go away. Could it be a hematoma? What's the best way to take care of this bruise and lump?
