Question

I've been taking Becadexamine multivitamins for the past three weeks and I've noticed my skin has become fairer. Is this typical? Is that how multivitamins usually work? Also, when's the best time to take them?

It is not common for multivitamins to directly cause changes in skin color. Becadexamine is a multivitamin supplement that contains essential vitamins and minerals. The change in your skin color may be due to other factors or could be unrelated to the multivitamin intake. The right time to take multivitamins is usually in the morning with breakfast to help ensure optimal absorption.
