Question

I've been taking SARTEL40 telmisartan tablets for the last three months, and my blood pressure is now under control at 13585. I'm feeling pretty good, so I'm wondering if it's okay to reduce my dose to 20 mg. What do you think?

I've been having some pretty intense heart palpitations, sometimes around 130 bpm, which really worried me. Our family doctor suggested I get admitted just to keep an eye on it. They've recommended doing angioplasty twicefirst for the LCX, then for the LAD. Is it really necessary to go through the procedure twice? Would love some advice on this.
