I've been taking Telista H 40 for my BP for about a year but sometimes it's not available in my village. My BP has been normal around 120/80 and I recently had EVLT surgery on both legs. The nurses checked my BP post-surgery - first day it was 120/70 and second day 120/80. Can you suggest a low-cost alternative to Telista H 40 that would work for me?

I'm 20 and was diagnosed with hypertension a couple of years back. Even though I don't have any family history of heart disease and I'm generally healthy, my heart suddenly races from normal up to 127 to 170 bpm. This happens when I'm just resting or even asleep and can last for 5 to 15 minutes each time. It occurs about 2 to 5 times a day and I've been experiencing this since I was 7 years old. I'm starting to get a bit worried about it. What could be causing this?
