I've been told my L1L2 and L3L4 disc space is mildly reduced with early degenerative changes should I be worried about this getting worse as I get older? Could this turn into a serious issue down the line, and would I ever need surgery for it?

I've had knee pain for about 15 days and just got my MRI results. Can you help me understand if surgery is needed? I'm really worried about what the report says and what my options are.

It's been 4 months and 25 days since my distal femur comminuted fracture surgery, which I heard is one of the most complicated cases. My knee still won't bend properly and I'm worried - is the fixation not healing right anatomically? Could this mean I might need another surgery or is there another reason for my limited movement?
