Question

I've discovered a lump or boil on my testicles, and it's really hard and painful. Should I be considering antibiotics for this, or is there something else I need to do? I'm pretty concerned about it.

I recently had a sonography on May 2nd, 2019, which showed a 6.1mm stone in my lower ureter. For the last five days, I've had constant pain in my lower back and lower left side in the front. My semen analysis shows sperm motility is only 18, while it should be 50 or more. The doctor mentioned that my infertility might be due to this varicocele issue. Could this really be affecting my fertility, and what are my options?
