I've got a 5.5mm stone in my ureter and I'm really not sure what to do. I'm taking Himalaya Cystone three times a day and also Ridstone tablets, but the pain can be pretty intense at times. Can you suggest the best course of action? I've heard a lot about you and really hope you can help.

I've been feeling this weird tingling sensation in my urethra for a while now, but there's no UTI or any other known problem. I'm feeling a bit concerned because I've developed multiple cysts on my left epididymis again. They were removed about three years ago, but now I can feel them coming back, and one of them is quite big, around 3cm by 2cm. It's not really painful, but there's definitely some discomfort. Should I be worried about these recurring epididymal cysts, and what might be causing them to grow back?
