Question
I've had flat feet in both legs since childhood and the pain is getting unbearable even standing for just 10 minutes leaves me in severe pain. It's affecting my gym workouts and sports because I can barely walk properly afterward. Are there any medicines or ointments that could give me temporary relief without needing surgery?

Flat foot pain may be reduced with orthotics, physical therapy, and anti-inflammatories—surgery only if severe deformity.
