I've had a herpes cold sore scar on my lower lip since 2007 it's lighter than the rest of my skin and really noticeable. Can laser treatment or cosmetic surgery help remove it?

I recently discovered a bumpnode on my left breast just below the nipple. It was last Tuesday evening. The next day, I noticed a small dot-sized white pus mouth that gradually grew to 45 mm in diameter and ended up breaking on its own during the night on Friday while I was sleeping. What could this be, and what should I do next?
