I've had an itchy scrotum for quite a while now, and there's this black thing that appears on the skin. It's been going on for about 23 years. I'm really concerned and would love to get some advice on what this might be and how I can treat it.

I've been dealing with these weird spots on my legs and arms that break out and itch. I try not to scratch too much, and after the itching stops, I notice these purple dots that look kind of like hickeys. It's strange, but hopefully that's a good description.
