I've noticed a dark green color and a slight odor on the right side, along with a whitish discharge. Should I be concerned about this? What could it possibly be?

I've got a couple of things on my mind. I'm currently 23 weeks pregnant and wondering if it's okay to have bournvita milk during pregnancy? It really tastes good, and I'm curious if it's safe for my baby. Today, I had two tablespoons in warm milk for the first time and now I'm questioning if it's alright to keep having it throughout my pregnancy. Can homeopathy help with fibroadenoma since allopathy says there are no medicines and surgery is the only option? I don't want surgery, but my fibroadenoma is small and sometimes painful are there other treatments that work 100% or should I just go for surgery?

I'm really worried because after having the HSG test this morning, my abdomen is in a lot of pain and I've developed a fever. I've also noticed some blood in my underwear. Can you recommend any painkillers that might help with this? I'm not sure if these symptoms are normal after the test.
