I've noticed that the skin on my thighs has gotten darker, especially around the buttocks area, and there are these itchy ring-like spots. I was on antibiotics for a jock itch for ten days as my physician advised, but it seems to have come back. I'm now using an antifungal powder from Cipla, but it's not really helping. Could you advise me on what steps I should take next?
