I've noticed small red bumps on my skin that are filled with a white liquid, and it all started about two days ago. Should I be worried about this? Does it mean something serious, or is it just a skin irritation? I'm a bit concerned because it doesn't seem to be going away. What should I do?

I'm noticing some white patches on my fingers and I've had them for a couple of months now. They don't seem to be spreading, which is a bit of a relief, but its still worrying me. After visiting a doctor, he told me it's vitiligo, but I'm not completely convinced. He prescribed some medications like Viterma capsules, Dermadew cream, Tacmod forte, Melanocyl ointment, Placentrex gel, and HHSONE cream. I've attached a few pictures for reference. Does this sound like vitiligo to you, and do you think these meds can actually help with it?

I've been dealing with Keratosis Pilaris on my upper arms for a few years now, and it feels like it's getting worse lately. I've been using Moisturex and Xerina ointment after my doctor recommended them, but it's been five months and I haven't noticed any improvement. I really want to find a way to get rid of this. Any suggestions?
