I've noticed these red dots appearing on the head of my penis, and they tend to vanish after a couple of days only to come back again. It's weird because when they show up, I get a mild burning feeling, but there's no itching. Do you have any idea what might be causing this cycle of disappearing and reappearing red dots?

I've been dealing with a dry mouth and a burning sensation when I urinate since I started taking eptoin for a stroke I had a few months ago. I'm also diabetic, so Im not sure if it's a side effect of the medication or related to my sugar levels. Should I be concerned about these symptoms?
