I've noticed this white spot on my lower lip on the left side that's been there for about three months now. I'm getting really concerned about it because it's making me feel pretty bad, and I'm not feeling well because of it. Can you tell me what might be causing this and if it's something I should be worried about?

2 days ago, I accidentally touched the hot silencer of my bike with the lower part of my leg just above my feet. I quickly did a cold compress and have been using Silverex Ionic on it since. I'm dealing with this really annoying pain right at my tailbone and on the skin around it, exactly where the upper part of the butt cheeks meet. It usually flares up when I'm lying on my back and puts pressure on that area. Honestly, it's been so painful that it's making sleep tough. I've had a bed sore just above that spot for years, but it sorta dried up. This new pain started about a week ago. I'm really confused about whether this is a skin thing or more of a bone issue. Who should I talk to? Do you have any idea what might be causing this?
