Last year I had dengue, and again 3 months ago, I contracted dengue. To monitor my health, I usually get a CBC done every 30 to 45 days, and I have noticed that my lymphocyte count is gradually increasing, initially it was 20.6 percent, then 36 percent, and now it is 48 percent, which is worrying me. My current symptoms include numbness and cramps in the hands, occasional pain in the armpits, and ear pain. I also go to the bathroom 2 to 3 times a day, usually after breakfast or lunch. Please guide me on whether this is serious, the further steps I should take, and if possible, suggest a diet to maintain healthy lymphocyte levels. I am attaching my CBC lab reports for your reference.

Lymphocyte count increasing slowly is not always serious it can happen after infections like dengue. Your symptoms (numbness, cramps, ear pain) could be due to nerve weakness, vitamin issues, or digestion. Going to the toilet often after eating may point to gut sensitivity or mild IBS. Take proper food, stay hydrated, and avoid junk/spicy foods.

Sir I have checked my blood report in which platelets is 100 only but my health condition is normal. I have no fever, no bone or joint pain, and no tiredness. I do not understand what problem is there with me and my report is attached with it. I am in Rajkiya Engineering College Sonbhadra and I am a student of B Tech first year so I do not know which doctors or hospital is good near me. My home is Varanasi but I want to consult myself in Sonbhadra near Robertsganj. So please help me. Thank you.

I am not sure if I have gallstones or not, but I am frequently having bowel problems, lethargy, and exhaustion. I have done LFT, and my report is normal. But sometimes I feel slight pain in my right rib bone if I press it. Last year in March, I did USG, and everything was okay. Now I am worried again.
