Last year I had dengue, and again 3 months ago, I contracted dengue. To monitor my health, I usually get a CBC done every 30 to 45 days, and I have noticed that my lymphocyte count is gradually increasing, initially it was 20.6 percent, then 36 percent, and now it is 48 percent, which is worrying me. My current symptoms include numbness and cramps in the hands, occasional pain in the armpits, and ear pain. I also go to the bathroom 2 to 3 times a day, usually after breakfast or lunch. Please guide me on whether this is serious, the further steps I should take, and if possible, suggest a diet to maintain healthy lymphocyte levels.
