My 20 month old baby has been having a fever for the past week, mostly in the evenings. The fever stopped for 2 days but then returned again. We have already done blood and urine tests, and both reports appear to be normal.

If fever continues despite normal reports, it could be a viral infection or teething related. If it persists beyond 7 days, consult a pediatrician to rule out hidden infections.

I live in an area with a high mosquito population and have been bitten several times. However, my dengue test came back negative. What should I do next?
