My 9 month old son urine test shows RBCs and pus cells, with albumin +1. He does not have a fever. He is on R.B. Tone and Wonfit DHA supplements. His urine report is attached. He is also not eating well. Should I be concerned about these urine test results?

Presence of RBCs and pus cells with albumin in urine may suggest urinary tract infection or irritation, even without fever. Since baby is not eating well, consult a pediatrician. Further evaluation may be needed.
