My doctor has suggested the following tests: Hemogram, T3, T4, TSH, Uric Acid, SGOT, and SGPT. Could you please help me understand what condition I might be suffering from? I tested COVID 19 positive on 24th April and received treatment from my doctor. My HRCT score was 3/25 on 26th April and repeated on 6th May, which remained 3/25. I recovered and tested negative on 11th May. My blood reports (CBC, CRP, D dimer) were normal and within range. I also did a CBC on 14th May, which was normal. However, I still feel a mild fever in the afternoon and at midnight, although my temperature stays below 98.6F, and I have no other symptoms. Could you please suggest why I might still be experiencing this mild fever?
