My baby has been prescribed Enterogermina vials for 5 days because her stool report shows WBC 15 to 20/hpf, presence of mucus (+++), and reducing substances, even though she does not have diarrhea. She currently has no other symptoms but is feeding less than before, previously she drank about 90 mL of formula per feed, and now she only takes around 30 mL. Her weight has not increased in the last 3 weeks. Her birth weight was 2.188 kg, and she currently weighs 4.6 kg. How can I help her increase her weight and improve her milk intake?

Stool report indicates mild gut infection/intolerance. Enterogermina helps gut recovery. Continue small, frequent feeds, burp well. Keep baby upright post feeds. If feeds stay low/weight not increasing, consult a doctor, do Weight Monitoring, Stool test.

View allHello Sir/Madam. My daughter stool test report came (we got it done as her stool had mucus and white flakes). I just want to know if the reports are okay? By the way, she is generally fine and gaining weight normally.

My sister has been experiencing loose motions along with white fluid discharge, so she underwent a stool test. The doctor mentioned that it is an infection. I want to know what could be the possible reason for this, and I have attached her test report for reference.

I have been experiencing diarrhea for the past 8 days after receiving the Covishield vaccination. My recent blood reports, including CRP and CBC, are normal. Could you please advise what steps I should take to manage and overcome this issue?
