My blood report shows the following liver function values: Total Bilirubin: 1.96 mg per dL Direct Bilirubin: 0.19 mg per dL Indirect Bilirubin: 1.8 mg per dL SGPT (ALT): 28 U per L SGOT (AST): 23 U per L According to the report, my bilirubin levels are slightly elevated, while my liver enzymes are within normal range. My abdominal ultrasound shows Grade 1 fatty liver, and the rest of the findings are normal.

Total bilirubin is mildly raised but liver enzymes are normal. Grade 1 fatty liver is common and can improve with diet and exercise. Not serious at this stage. Avoid junk food
