Total bilirubin is mildly raised but liver enzymes are normal. Grade 1 fatty liver is common and can improve with diet and exercise. Not serious at this stage. Avoid junk food

The liver is enlarged, measuring 17.5 cm. No dilated PV or IHBR is noted. There is a thin walled large anechoic cyst in the right lobe measuring 10.5 x 9.3 x 9.6 cm3. No membrane or daughter cyst is noted. Platelets are low at 68,000/cu mm. RBC and WBC counts are also low. My question is, what is the solution to this problem? Is it risky? Please answer me.

I had been consuming alcohol continuously for a week, including the day before the test. Additionally, my lymphocyte percentage is 47percent, while all other test results are normal. Should I be concerned about these results?
