My blood report shows low RBC (3.86) and vitamin deficiencies: Vitamin D 8.8 and Vitamin B12 132. What does this indicate, and could you please guide me on the next steps or treatment?

I have done a semen analysis, and my doctor told me that I am suffering from low sperm count. The normal sperm count is more than 60 million to 120 million with motility 80 percent. My report shows volume 1.5 ml, sperm count 32 million, motility 65 percent, and the highest motility 48 percent.

I have lab results of WBC 12.4, platelets 470, MPV 7.1, lymphocytes 3.5. Is this a cause of concern? Please note I also have allergies and I did have a flu shot right before having the blood work done.
