No, this means your red blood cells are normal in size and color. Its a normal finding unless anemia or other symptoms exist. No concern if rest of CBC is fine.

My 8 month old niece has had a persistent fever for the past 2 weeks. It normalizes when given antipyretics but recurs every 8 to 10 hours. She has a normal diet but sometimes skips meals. She has also vomited 2 to 3 times. A blood test report showed a high lymphocyte count of 58. She traveled about 400 km last week, although comfortably. Could this affect her condition? I had swollen lymph nodes measuring 1.2 by 0.7 cm in the posterior neck. The FNAC report is reactive. I have two blood reports, one from 27 February and one from 21 April. Is there anything I need to worry about? The node has been persistent for six months.
