My brother, age 16, had fever, nausea, abdominal pain and headache since 5 days. Blood report shows active infection of typhoid O 1:160, H 1:40. Can you please suggest treatment?

Confirmed typhoid. Treatment: Oral antibiotics like cefixime or azithromycin. Rest, hydration, and paracetamol for fever. Avoid spicy or oily food.

I have been experiencing continuous headache for the past 4 to 5 days along with intermittent fever. My malaria test is negative, and according to the lab assistant, my typhoid test is positive. My typhoid report shows: O: 1:120 TH: 1:60 BH and AH: Not detected I am confused whether this indicates typhoid or not, and if not, what could be causing my headache and fever? Please advise.
