Right now, there's constant pressure around my head, I'm always tired and dizzy, and my energy is super low. I can't stand still without feeling this heaviness moving around. It's so frustrating and I can't really describe how weird it makes me feel. Plus, I don't get my periods without medicine... because of PCOD. Could you please help me figure out what's happening?
