My brother was experiencing stomach ache and indigestion about a week ago, and he noticed his stool was greenish in color. We consulted a doctor, who advised some tests. His report shows that his liver is 14.9 cm long, which is about 4 cm larger than normal. The USG report also indicates an enlarged spleen. He frequently suffers from indigestion. Please advise what could be the cause and the next steps for evaluation or treatment

Enlarged liver and spleen suggest possible liver infection or inflammation. Green stool may be digestive imbalance. A gastroenterologist should review the full report.

Is it due to the virus or medication? I also have joint pain and sometimes fever.

Hello, my blood report shows SGOT 67. Is this a serious concern? Please suggest what I should do. I had earlier posted a question about a dry cough for the last month, and the doctor advised X-ray and blood tests. Everything came normal except SGOT elevated to 67. I work in the merchant navy, and if this does not get corrected, I may lose my job as I need to be medically fit every time I go on the ship. Please help. I am very worried about my health and job. Someone said there might be swelling in the liver, which is why the SGOT is 67.
