I'm having this feeling like there's a needle and a burning sensation inside my anus, especially when I sit down. It's really annoying, and when I walk, it feels like there's stool stuck there. I've been dealing with chronic gastritis since October 2013, but back then my liver tests were normal and my liver fibroscan didn't show any issues. Recently, my lab results showed total bilirubin at 1.46 with direct at 0.36 and indirect at 1.10, SGOT at 22.90, and SGPT at 28.30. Ive been taking Rekool10 for a few months as well as avas 10 since February 2015 for cholesterol and olsartan AM 205. Should I be worried about my liver or these test results? How is this connected to my ongoing gastritis problem? Just want to make sure I'm not missing anything here.

I'm a bit concerned about my recent liver test results. It says my liver is slightly enlarged at 14.8 cm, and there's a grade 3 diffuse fatty change. It mentions mild hepatomegaly with fatty liver, but the tests for Hepatitis A and C came back negative. My liver enzyme levels are SGOT 46.5, SGPT 91.5, and Gamma GT 97.1. I'm not a drinker, so that's not a factor. Could you help me understand what all this means for my health and what steps I should take next?
