My dad has a heart condition and fluid retention issues. He's on all the right meds and treatments but still gets really low on energy sometimes can't even do his usual daily activities. Is this normal or could there be something specific causing it? Also wondering if surgery might be an option for his condition

I'm looking for a second opinion on a diagnosis we got. There's an 85% blockage in the main artery. Do you think we should go for stenting right away?

I'm really concerned about my heart, as I've had a PTCA stent placed to my right coronary artery and right internal artery. But lately, I've been experiencing some wet palpitations now and again. What should I make of my recent ECG results that mention a sinus rhythm and the RS transition zone in 5 leads displaced to the right, but everything else seems normal? A couple of months ago, the ECG said LVH and possible lateral infarct and called it abnormal, even though it also noted a normal sinus rhythm. Back then, my blood pressure was 150100 with a pulse of 95, while now it's down to 13080 and my pulse is 81. Does this suggest an improvement in my heart condition?
