My dad has a large 12 x 8.5 x 7 cm thin-walled cystic lesion filled with fluid in his right upper back between the scapula and spine near the trapezius muscle. The MRI showed no chest involvement. What's the best treatment for this can it be drained with a needle or does it need surgery? Also, which specialist should we see for this?
