My fasting blood sugar is 110 and hba1c is 5.1 . Is this normal?

Fasting blood sugar (in the morning, before eating) should be Less than 100 mg/dL. 1-2 hours after a meal should be Less than 140 mg/dL. And 2-3 hours after eating should be Less than 100 mg/dL
