My father is a cardiac patient (normotensive and non diabetic) and underwent CABG 3 years ago. He is currently on antianginal medications: Diltiazem 90 mg, Ranolazine 500 mg, Flavedon MR, and Monotarate 20. Today, his blood report shows: Serum creatinine: 1.28 mg/dl Serum uric acid: 7.5 mg/dl Urine RM: Proteinuria 10 mg/dl Does this indicate a kidney problem, or is it nothing to worry about?

These findings suggest early kidney strain. Its not urgent, but kidney function should be monitored regularly. Reduce salt and protein in diet.

Hello Doctor, I experienced severe dizziness, shortness of breath, and palpitations, so I consulted a doctor and underwent several tests. Could you please review my report and let me know if there is anything serious? I also have swelling in both ankles, but without any pain.
