My father has been suffering from cough, fever, and breathing difficulties for the past few days. He is also not eating properly due to taste issues. We are awaiting his COVID 19 test report. Meanwhile, could you please advise what medications he can take and what precautions we should follow?

Await COVID 19 report. Meanwhile, ensure isolation, hydration, steam inhalation, and paracetamol for fever. Avoid antibiotics unless prescribed. Monitor oxygen levels with pulse oximeter.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a CBC Test (Complete Blood Count) Test or Take a CRP Test (C - Reactive Protein) Test

I am suffering from fever, headache, and body pains including joint pains. I went to the hospital and after taking medicine I am feeling better, but I have a doubt whether my fever is normal or viral. The doctor prescribed a few blood tests but all test results are normal. My symptoms do not seem like a normal fever. Please suggest, what is this?
