My father has been suffering from a urine infection for one week. He underwent circumcision surgery on August 13th. Currently, he has an infection around the penis, scrotum, and surrounding area, with redness and significant swelling. He also has ulcers all over his tongue and throat. The surgeon who operated on him mentioned that the infection is spreading and recommended injections for faster recovery, which he said would treat both the urine infection and the infection around the penis. I am attaching his prescription and urine report for your review. Please let me know if these medications are appropriate. Also, he is diabetic, and his blood sugar was 180 when last checked at home.

I had a UTI two weeks back and took antibiotics (Nitrobact 100) as there was bleeding along with urine. From today morning, I have the same problem but without bleeding. My period is three days delayed, and there is a faint line on the urine pregnancy test. I drank a lot of water, and the symptoms have reduced a bit. I am a 58 year old male. My urine report shows mild turbid transparency, specific gravity QNS, albumin positive, pus cells 4 to 6 per HPF, epithelial cells 2 to 3 per HPF and dead sperm seen. What does this mean?
