Question

My father has grade 1 prostate enlargement at 56cc and is currently on medications like martifur, tamsulosin hydrochloride, solicept, and b complex. He's very weak and using a catheter to pass urine, so surgery isn't an option for him right now. Can grade 1 prostate be cured with just medications, or is surgery the only way? His health is fragile, and we're really hoping medicine alone can help. What would you suggest?
