My father recent regular health check up report shows a high neutrophil count and a low lymphocyte count, which is similar to the report from the previous month as well. He also has existing conditions such as piles and glaucoma.

These changes are mild and could be due to age or ongoing conditions like piles or glaucoma. If he is doing well otherwise, just keep monitoring. A repeat blood test in a few weeks will help.

My 7.5 year old son has been unwell for the past 15 days. He gets a fever every 6 to 8 hours. He is being treated with antibiotics, fever syrup, and multivitamins. We have done all the blood tests, and everything came back negative. What could be the reason for this persistent fever? What should we do next, as it has already been 15 days? We are worried because we do not know what is happening. Please advise.
